1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOFIA (the "Service"), a product of Sonnet Code LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SOFIA is an AI-powered browser extension that assists users with web automation, navigation, and task completion through natural language commands. The Service requires an account and may require a paid subscription after a trial period.

3. Account Registration

To use SOFIA, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period:

• A Pro subscription ($9.99/month) is required to continue using the Service
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SOFIA to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Access systems or data without authorization
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of website terms
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Automate actions that violate third-party terms of service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Sonnet Code LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONNET CODE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonnet Code LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

10. Third-Party Services

SOFIA interacts with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonnet Code LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
